Reasonable consumption of water, electricity (excluding electric vehicle charging), gas, bed linen and towels are included in the price.
Please do not leave the air conditioning running when you are not at the property or when doors/windows are open. Misuse may result in additional charges.
Please leave the accommodation tidy upon departure. Otherwise, an additional cleaning fee may be charged.

Visitors and unregistered guests are not permitted unless previously agreed and paid for.
Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request and confirmation for an additional fee of €50.
