Villa for 10 pax in the sunny municipality of Andratx, with private pool BBQ and tennis table. The property is located only 2km away from the beautiful Andratx Port. The spacious villa (800m2) is distributed in 2 floors.

The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances (fridge, freezer, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, cutlery, coffe maker, kettle, etc. The dinning room have table up to 25 dinners and a fireplace. For your entertainment you have WIFI, satelite TV, stereo and a sofa. In the outside (200m2) you can access to a garden where you can take a walk, also a BBQ with garden furniture, you can also enjoy a private pool of 30m2, umbrellas, sunbeds, etc.

It also have a porch and a ping pong table. In the nearby there's a supermarket at 3km, and a bar/restaurant and a pharmacy. The nearest hospital/medical center is 4km away and the closest beach and golf is 5km away.

A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required. The price includes all running costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning. Heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 20€ /night.
