Location and outside area The village of Palma del Río (5 km) is locally well known for its numerous orange groves growing excellent fruits. The rich sediments of the Guadalquivir river provide the rich soil for the citrus trees to produce succulent fruits. You will find plenty of these locally grown products at the market in the village. Garlic, onions, potatoes, and melons are also widely available. The village is located between the historical cities of Sevilla (79 km) and Córdoba (55 km), but, please, don?t miss the nearby cities of Ecija and Carmona. Outside, the villa offers spacious lawn with sun loungers and a large private pool (12x6 m; 0,90m - 2,40m deep). By the side of the pool, you will be able to enjoy wonderful alfresco dinners; a built-in barbecue and patio furniture are provided. Inside and lay-out With 240 m2, this is a spacious villa with plenty of space for the children to play.
