It is situated in the Lapa area, 15 minutes walking from Porto city centre with transport at the door if you prefer to use it, an area surrounded by shops, restaurants, supermarket, all types of commerce.Easy and relaxed check-in with safe or digital codes, from 3:00 PM to 4:00 AM, with no costs for late arrivals.Fast Wi-Fi for remote digital workers, speed is also guaranteed for business trips. Cable TV also available.Perfect for short or long stays as it is fully furnished and with easy and good access to the city centre and surroundings, with various public transports nearby including metro and bus.Air conditioning is a plus for hot summer days, as well as to heat it during your stay.The apartment has two bedrooms with a double bed each for two people as well as a sofa bed in the living room for two guests, which gives capacity to accommodate 6 people. It has two bathrooms. The apartment is on the ground floor.The apartment is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen products, hairdryer, iron, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, vacuum cleaner, dishwasher and washing machine.Both bed linen and towels are sanitised by professional laundry and are included, in addition to shampoo and shower gel.Amenities such as toilet paper, salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, coffee, napkins are provided for the first few days.Smoking is only permitted outside the property. There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence of violation of this rule (for example, tobacco smell or smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least 250€ in accordance with current legislation.Please note that for stays longer than 20 nights, a fair use policy will be applied, with a limit of 90€ in costs (Water 35€ + 55€ electricity). The difference from this amount will be charged as an extra. Note that at the beginning of each stay longer than 20 nights we will send the current readings and make the readings on the day of your check out.Please note that despite our efforts to always keep the garden with the grass cut, the garden may require grass cutting during your stay and it may be necessary to enter the apartment. However, we will only do so with your permission.Access codes to the property are only provided on the day of check-in, after we have the apartment clean and ready for you.Make sure you have placed the correct number of guests in your booking and/or request a change to the correct number of guests before your check-in.
