The Internal living area is approximately 400 sqm spread over two floors and is designed for modern open living while the shady, traditional open gallery on two sides of the Villa and fantastic barbecue area will constantly draw you out to the spectacular sunny terrace and pool. Calheta is renowned for the sunniest climate in Madeira and the villa's magnificent private garden which blooms the whole year round, is testament to the unique location. The villa has private parking with remote controlled electric access gates, an additional downstairs cloakroom, large laundry room with washing machine and tumble drier, a study with selves of books for you to peruse, wifi, Sonos speaker, and large screen HD TV with international channels. The kitchen is fully equipped for the keen cook! It has a dishwasher, fridge freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, milk frothier, and Kenwood MultiOne Food Processor. The Villa is stocked with all the essential household items, which includes; varieties of tea, instant coffee, Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee pods, sugar, kitchen, toilet rolls, washing liquids etc. On arrival you will be greeted by our manager Nelia who will show you around the property. As an extra luxury at no extra charge; Nelia will also service the Villa during the week, at a time to suit you, changing bedding and towels, making this a truly relaxing holiday! You will also find a basket of Madeiran produce to get you into the Madeiran spirit! Nelson our gardener will also be around to help with anything you may need outside and is always happy to show you how to light a BBQ 'Madeiran' style!
