Apartments Villa Capitano er beliggende i Mlini, en lille, idyllisk fiskerby beliggende halvvejs mellem Dubrovnik og Cavtat.Property tilbyder fire enheder med fælles udendørs swimmingpool, liggestole, parasoller, rutsjebaner, gyngestativ, grill og møbleret terrasse med hav- og pooludsigt perfekt til en afslappende ferie med familie eller venner. Balkon med udendørs siddeområde tilbyder en betagende udsigt over Adriaterhavet. Parkering er gratis og tilgængelig på stedet.Denne dejlige toværelses lejlighed med balkon og havudsigt kan komfortabelt rumme op til 6 personer.Den har WiFi, aircondition og fladskærms-tv. Åbent køkken er kombineret med spise- og opholdsstue. Lejligheden har to badeværelser med brusekabiner. Balkon med et udendørs opholdsområde tilbyder en betagende udsigt over Adriaterhavet.Vaskemaskine, strygefaciliteter og barneseng er også til rådighed for gæster. Denne beliggenhed er perfekt for gæster, der elsker at nyde solen og havet, da de er tæt på Dubrovnik, men langt nok til at undgå folkemængderne og bevare deres fred og privatliv. Den nærmeste strand ligger kun 15 minutter væk til fods. Også nede ved stranden er der mange barer og restauranter. Indkøbscenter med verdensomspændende mærker og et stort supermarked ligger 1,5 km derfra. Nærmeste busstoppested ligger 500 meter fra ejendommen. Afstanden til Dubrovnik lufthavn er 10 km, mens busstationen og færgehavnen, der forbinder fastlandet med forskellige dalmatiske øer, er 13 km væk.

Staying at Apartments Villa Capitano was an absolute delight! The two-bedroom apartment was spacious and well-equipped, making it perfect for our family of four, The views from the balcony were simply breathtaking, especially during sunset, We spent our evenings lounging by the pool, which was never crowded and always clean, The nearby beaches were just a short walk away, and we loved exploring the local eateries, The hosts were extremely welcoming and made us feel right at home, A fantastic getaway that I would highly recommend!
