This beautiful holiday apartment is located in the old part of the coastal city of Makarska. It faces the sea and offers unobstructed views.
The balcony is on the third floor and is equipped with balcony furniture. Parking is possible on the public parking in front of the building at extra cost.
The apartment is located on the third floor of a traditional building. It has only recently been lovingly renovated in 2019.
The apartment is spread across two levels:
On the first level of the apartment (originally the third floor) is one bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), a wardrobe and a commode. There is a large living room with a TV, two sofas and a chair. The open plan kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a self-catering holiday, including Ceran cooktop, oven, dishwasher and refridgerator. There is a bathroom with a shower, wash basin and a toilet.
On the second level, in the attic, there is another bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm). The bathroom on this level comes with a whirpool. In the living area there is a sofa, a chair and a single bed.
The small beach is about 100 metres away. The town centre with its restaurants, clubs and shops is within walking distance. The main town beach is also only approximately 500 m away.
Please note that there is no elevator in the building.
