The villa can accommodate up to 8 guests in three comfortable double rooms and for two additional guests there is a sofa bed in the living room. There are two bedrooms placed on the ground floor, one of them having its own bathroom, as well as a small fully equipped kitchen, a designed wine bar and an additional bathroom. On the first floor there is the remaining double room with an additional bathroom, the main fully equipped kitchen and dining room, as well as a comfortable elegant living room with a richly equipped library of Croatian writers in the English and German language. The villa has four terraces, all of them offering amazing views, which are ideal for sipping a morning coffee or to enjoy meals prepared on the grill in the additional outdoor kitchen.

It is situated near the Biokovo Nature Parl, and the Botanical Gardens Kotisna, not far away is city of Split, and many islands to visit!
