The main outdoor area leads to the impressive and heated infinity pool. The pool area also provides sun loungers and an outdoor shower. The kitchen opens onto the outdoor area with a grill and a dining space with comfortable outdoor furniture. The roof terrace with deckchairs and other comfortable outdoor furniture affords an open view of the sea. Three cars can be parked in front of the house.

The luxurious villa is spread over several floors and can accommodate eight people comfortably. The main floor is a spacious and open-plan living space. The living and dining room provides a sofa suite, satellite TV and a big wooden dining table with eight chairs. The modern kitchen is fully-equipped with a stove, an oven, a big fridge-freezer with an ice dispenser, a microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and dishwasher. This floor has two outdoor areas. There is also a separate toilet. The first floor comprises three bedrooms, two with a balcony with a view of the Adriatic and one with a view of the majestic Biokovo mountain, and each with an en-suite bathroom. Each bedroom is furnished with a queen-size double bed. Two have a wall cupboard and one has a wardrobe. The three bathrooms each consist of a luxury glass shower cubicle, a washbasin and a toilet. Internal stairs lead to the top floor, which has an outdoor kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and another room with a sofa bed. Fast wireless Internet access is available. Complete villa is airconditioned.

Car is recommended. Nearest supermarket and restaurant is approximately 600 meters away.

The owners ensure maximum privacy for guests. Pool cleaning times and laundry changes are agreed on arrival. A cook can be booked for your holiday and various trips can be arranged.
