The interior of this 4-room villa (120 m²) is spread over three levels and includes a separate studio apartment. The studio offers a living area with a sofa bed for two persons (140 x 200 cm) and two pull-out armchairs suitable for one person each, along with a TV, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, gas stove, refrigerator, freezer) and a bathroom with a shower.
The main part of the villa features four bedrooms—two with double beds (160 x 200 cm) and two with twin beds (80 x 200 cm)—as well as two bathrooms equipped with a bathtub or shower and WC. The entire villa is fully air-conditioned and includes two balconies and a terrace furnished with outdoor seating, offering beautiful, unobstructed views of the sea, the surrounding village and the Biokovo mountain range.
The outdoor area is designed for comfort and socializing, with a spacious covered summer kitchen by the pool that includes all necessary appliances, a dining area and a barbecue. Additionally, a small stone house next to the terrace provides another kitchenette. Guests also have access to free Wi-Fi and pets are allowed upon prior approval. While multiple sleeping options are available, the maximum occupancy must not be exceeded.

It is located 2 km from the sea and set on a private 380 m² property featuring a garden, an outdoor shower and a heated swimming pool (7.5 x 4 m, depth 140 cm), available seasonally from May 15 to September 27.
Free public parking is available 100 meters away in the nearby square, while the nearest beach is just 2 km from the property. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded.
