Lejlighed Stella Polaris - Studiolejlighed A2

Apartment Stella Polaris er indkvartering med egen forplejning beliggende 2,3 km fra Dubrovniks gamle bydel. Denne dejlige studiolejlighed er perfekt udstyret til at rumme to personer. Det har gratis WiFi, aircondition og fladskærms-satellit-tv, veludstyret køkken med spiseplads og rummelig stue. Køkkenet er veludstyret med ovn, komfur, køleskab, vandkedel og køkkenudstyr. Privat badeværelse har bruser, hårtørrer, toiletpapir, sæbe og vaskemaskine. Strygefaciliteter, linned og håndklæder leveres.Apartment Stella Polaris ligger kun 10 minutter fra den smukke Lapad-bugt og 15 minutter fra den berømte gamle bydel. Den del af byen, hvor denne lejlighed ligger, er meget populær, fordi alt hvad man kan få brug for er i nærheden af boligen, og gæsterne kan nå den gamle bydel på mindre end 5 minutters kørsel eller 15 minutters gang. Købmand, busstation, taxa, restauranter, barer og caféer kan findes inden for 100 meters rækkevidde, såvel som bagerier og pengeautomater. Et apotek ligger 200 meter derfra. Nærmeste strand ligger 10 minutters gang fra lejligheden. Marked, leje en bilservice og en tandlæge ligger kun 50 meter fra lejligheden. Busstoppestedet ligger 50 m fra ejendommen. If the place is not the nearest possible, the bus connection works really well, The neighbors can be a bit loud, but not everyone can be in holidays in Dubrovnik, some have to work, so it would be ridiculous to point it as a black point, The place is cosy, And the host is really nice,

For sure we can recommend this place for every one! The place is loacted in good spot but not great, it takes about 30 minut of solid walk to Dubrownik old town (or you can catch a bus number 4 - then it's take about 7-10 minutes drive to old town) you can do grocery shopping in the nearest PEMO store or go to super konzum in the Dubrownik ship bay it's take about 20 to 30 minutes walk,The closeses beach (bellevue beach which is absolute beautiful and stunning beach surrounded by rocks) is about 2 km away, Ms, Batricevic was really excelent host, her english is really good and speaking of, communication with her it was fantastic, Long story short we really recommend this spot and hopefully we will visit it again ! The owner is a very considerate person, She prepared all documents beforehand and had all the instructions on appliances in a folder, There is even a washing machine which we used while stayed there, Everything is clean and good quality, Couldn't be happier,
