Apartments and Room Frane- Standard Studio with Terrace

House:
Apartments & Room Frane are located in Lapad, only 15 minutes from the nearest beach and 10 minutes ride from the Old Town, perfect for a relaxing family or friends vacation. Kindly note: Public parking is available near by, reservation is not possible. Parking Fees 20 EURO per night (not included in price) Baby cot is available on request. Charges are applicable - 5.00 EURO per person per night. This studio apartment with terrace features free WiFi, SAT TV, equipped kitchenette with dining area and a private bathroom. The guests will also have lovely terrace with outside furniture at their disposal. Kindly note: Baby cot is available upon request and with additional charge of 5 euros per day. Many shops, restaurants, cafes, parks and a famous promenade are found within 10 minute walk away, as well as tennis courts, green market and a movie theatre. There are also many beaches in the nearby area waiting for your discovery. This location is perfect for guests, being close to the touristic centre, but far enough to avoid the crowds and keep their peace and privacy. Dubrovnik Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 10 minutes ride from the apartment, while Dubrovnik Airport is 22 km away.

Remarks:
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Such an amazing placeThis is such an amazing place to stay, We liked absolutely everything especially when the owner contacted us beforehand with all the details, And furthermore she even let us check in 3 hours earlier, \nThe room was spacious and well cleaned and maintained, The bed was comfortable and huge as well as pillows were in a good condition,\nThere was absolutely everything needed for our stay ( soap, kitchen supplies, kettle, toilet paper etc) \nThere was also air conditioner in the apartment( but we didn’t use it)\nAlso the garden was awesome, It was such an amazing thing for my kid to watch the turtles and to feed them, Such an experience! \n\nThe location is in a peaceful neighbourhood with absolutely no party noises even though it is close to loud lapad streets, In a walking distance to the old town ( but you can take a bus also), Also the beach was close as well as supermarkets \n\nOverall a pleasant experience, Thank you for your hospitality ❤️
