Bemærk venligst: Lejlighederne kan placeres. på venstre hånd, når du kommer ind i Dubrovnik fra Dubrovnik lufthavn, som ligger 17 km væk.Denne toværelses lejlighed har aircondition, terrasse med udsigt over havet og gratis WiFi, aircondition samt LCD-tv. Den åbne stue med sofa og opholdsområde er kombineret med det udstyrede køkken og spiseplads. Det private badeværelse har bruser og hårtørrer. Die Wohnung in Nicol ist einfach ein tolles Erlebnis! Der Blick auf das Meer von der Terrasse ist einfach atemberaubend, Perfekter Ort für entspannte Abende mit Freunden, Außerdem ist die Altstadt nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt, sodass das Erkunden super einfach war, Ich komme definitiv wieder!

You can choose to take a less steep walk home or get a Uber for 5 euros, \nIf we come back I would definitely stay here again - so nice coming back to the pool and terrace,

Fantastic apartment with a fab terraceAbsolutely fantastic two bedroom air condition apartment in a lovely area at top of Dubrovnik which felt super safe area, fantastically clean apartment and bath and beach towels replaced part way through our holiday, Nicol and her family are fantastic and helped us so much, a big thank you to you all, taxi from and to airport was booked through nicol and she booked two trips for us last minute when we arrived as Viator messed us around, The pool and terrace were fantastic we would definitely come back, \nDubrovnik is beautiful we love Croatia, Thank you so much for making our holiday amazing,

The apartment was very spacious, beautifully furnished and spotless, The views from the 2 large bedrooms were amazing, The patio outside was large and well furnished, The pool was clean and a welcome site on a hot day, There were really comfy ratton settees and sun loungers to relax on, The hosts were amazing and nothing was too much trouble and they even booked us a boat trip, Like everywhere in Dubrovnik there are a lot of steps and the apartment is best approached from the bottom rather than the top ask the taxi driver to drop-off at Gornji Kono, Would 100% recommend Nicol apartments and will definitely use again if we return,

Dubrovnik is beautiful with lots to see, reasonably priced &, warm, Just be ready for the steep walk home each day, or Uber is cheap &, easy to use to get around, Cavtat well worth a visit as well as Lokrum &, the coastal path near Banje Beach,

The apartments were absolutely lovely and a perfect base for a holiday in Croatia, A massive king bed which was nicely cool in the evenings, a big living/kitchen and well equipped bathroom,
The outside terrace area where you can sit and have breakfast or drinks is gorgeous as you sit under a veranda covered in vines,
The pool is a typical above ground pool but nice to dip in to cool down or rinse the salt off you,
I cannot praise the owners more as they were absolutely lovely and so accommodating, They give the full treatment and made the holiday special, Nikola picked us up and drove us back to the airport which was great and made the trip easy for us, He recommended lots of places for us and also stated he would help organise trips if we needed him to,
The best and generous thing was that he was planning a bbq lunch but we were out that day, When we came home in the evening and had a beer on the terrace, Nikola brought us out a platter of meat, salad and bread which he cooked and left for us, He also gave us a cold beer each! We found this really sweet and considerate and couldn't thank him enough,
Yes there are just under 300 steps down to the old town which you have to walk down and up but they are not that bad at all, Take it slowly and you will walk off the calories from dinner!

Yes there are just under 300 steps down to the old town which you have to walk down and up but they are not that bad at all, Take it slowly and you will walk off the calories from dinner!

The apartments were absolutely lovely and a perfect base for a holiday in Croatia, A massive king bed which was nicely cool in the evenings, a big living/kitchen and well equipped bathroom,
The outside terrace area where you can sit and have breakfast or drinks is gorgeous as you sit under a veranda covered in vines,
The pool is a typical above ground pool but nice to dip in to cool down or rinse the salt off you,
I cannot praise the owners more as they were absolutely lovely and so accommodating, They give the full treatment and made the holiday special, Nikola picked us up and drove us back to the airport which was great and made the trip easy for us, He recommended lots of places for us and also stated he would help organise trips if we needed him to,
The best and generous thing was that he was planning a bbq lunch but we were out that day, When we came home in the evening and had a beer on the terrace, Nikola brought us out a platter of meat, salad and bread which he cooked and left for us, He also gave us a cold beer each! We found this really sweet and considerate and couldn't thank him enough,

Nice appartment with a beautiful seaview, Its clean and well-equiped, The owners are very polite and hospitable, The garden is beautiful with roses and grapes, There's a nice swimmingpool for the kids, In front of this appartment you have your own terrace where you can sit and eat, The location is perfect, In 15 minutes you walk downstairs to the old town, There's a lot to see and to do, Visit one of the old buildings or take the boat to the Island Lokrum, And upstairs you're in a 5 minutes walk at the starting point to the climb to the fort on the mountain (with an amazing view of the old town),

The room was exactly like what i have suggested, The owner was a welcoming person and of course helpful!

Good location and nice sea view, The apartment was clean and all the accessories were available, Furniture etc, somewhat old-fashioned, The pool in the garden is quite small, but children loved it, Owner was friendly and things went smoothly with him, Great value for money!

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment, as that was all that was available, but there were only 2 of us staying, The apartment was quite difficult to find, as the address does not show up in GPS, But when we arrived we were pleasantly greeted by the owners who were warm and friendly, The apartment was basic, but clean and had everything you needed for self-catering, The location is about 10/15 minutes walk from the centre via lots of steps, We chose to walk down and get a taxi back, The sun deck is good, with shaded seating area and the pool is a standalone pool, I would recommend for a good value option in expensive Dubrovnik,

Situé dans une ruelle très très étroite je vous conseil d'appeler les propriétaires avant de vous engager dans cette rue car le parking est en fait le garage du proprio et il est fermé si vous nappelez la alors vous continuez dans la rue et la c'est le drame impossible de faire demi tour de plus en plus étroit donc marche arrière bon courage!!!!!!
Accueil très chaleureux boisson offerte carte avec explication des plages autours et de ce qu'il y a a voir dans la vieille ville en anglais approximative on arrive a se comprendre,
Le studio est en fait dans la cour des propriétaires c'est collé à leur maison et vous ne pouvez fermé a clé que par les volets, Sinon spacieux propre petit coin cuisine repas avec frigo appareil a croque bien sympa,
Juste la douche compliqué d'utilisation et beaucoup de trace de calcaire mais sinon pour le prix et la proximité de la vieille ville c'est très bien!!
Juste il faut descendre et donc remonter 3 escaliers raides et longs pour aller a la vieille ville donc si problème de mobilité s'abstenir
