Guest House Avdic - Studiolejlighed med balkon og udsigt til haven

Guest House Avdic ligger i Lapad-bugten, kun 400 meter fra stranden og 10 minutters kørsel fra den gamle bydel. Indkvarteringen består af 4 enheder: tre studielejligheder og et dobbeltværelse. Samtlige studiolejligheder har møbleret balkon med udsigt over havet, tekøkken og eget badeværelse. Der er gratis WiFi og aircondition. Bagageopbevaring er tilgængelig før check-in og efter check-out. Der tilbydes privat parkering.Studiolejligheden har ekstra stor dobbeltseng, enkelt sovesofa og fladskærms-tv. Tekøkkenet er udstyret med komfur, kedel, mikroovn, køleskab og køkkenredskaber. Der er eget badeværelse med bruser, toiletpapir og sæbe. Studiolejligheden har balkon med udsigt til haven. Der tilbydes gratis WiFi og aircondition.Guest House Avdic ligger i Lapad-bugten, kun 400 meter fra stranden og 10 minutters kørsel fra den gamle bydel.Dubrovniks busstation og færgehavn, der forbinder fastlandet med forskellige dalmatiske øer, ligger 15 minutters kørsel fra ejendommen, mens Dubrovnik Lufthavn ligger cirka 20 km væk.

Balkongvibbarna träffade annorlunda! Perfekt ställe att chilla efter att ha varit på stranden, Klimaanläggningen höll det svalt, och köket var bra för snacks sent på natten, 10/10 skulle bo igen

Over het algemeen een solide keuze voor onze reis naar Dubrovnik, De locatie is handig voor zowel het strand als de oude stad, en het appartement was uitgerust met alle noodzakelijke voorzieningen, We zouden zeker overwegen om hier opnieuw te verblijven

Vårt besök på Guest House Avdić var underbart! Studio-lägenheten var mysig och hade allt vi behövde, inklusive en härlig balkong med havsutsikt, Vi njöt av vår morgonkaffe där medan vi tog emot solen, Läge är perfekt - bara en kort promenad till stranden och en snabb busstur in till Gamla Stan, Värdarna var otroligt välkomnande och hjälpte oss till och med med lokala rekommendationer, En fantastisk plats för en avkopplande semester!

We have just come back from a 10 day stay in the superior studio with a sea view, The apartment is a converted attic so there are some issue with a low ceiling, the kitchen is small but useable, as is the bathroom, It is also at the top of a hill with about 140 steps down to the coast, That's enough of the negatives, being on a hill means there are fantastic views of the harbour so that you can watch all the boats coming and going, There are huge cruise liners to small boats none of which can be heard once the window is closed, There is a small lovely beach 10 minutes walk away, Sema the host is fantastic, she was there to welcome us when we arrived and on two occasions brought us home made wine and cake, She even made us an evening meal one night and brought it up to our balcony, All amenities are within walking distance including a supermarket, bakery, a street with loads of bars and but into town, If you are thinking about booking this room, then do it, We cannot recommend it enough

The Guest House Avdic was perfect! 10min walk from the sea, very well connected to the Old Town and only 10min away from lots of restaurants/bars, The owner is the sweetest lady,,she surprised us with house wine and homemade desserts, The flat extremely clean and quiet, Perfect for a couple that wants to visit southern Croatia without wanting to stay in the more caotic Old Town! Thank you so much!

The Guest House Avdic was perfect! 10min walk from the sea, very well connected to the Old Town and only 10min away from lots of restaurants/bars, The owner is the sweetest lady,,she surprised us with house wine and homemade desserts, The flat extremely clean and quiet, Perfect for a couple that wants to visit southern Croatia without wanting to stay in the more caotic Old Town! Semy is a very kind landlady, despite her English communication ability is so so, she always try her best to fulfil her guests’ request, such as doing laundry, provides salad oil, offer welcome drink and cakes… Particularly I love their balcony, I enjoy very much my breakfast &amp, dinner in such a nice balcony, If I will come back Dubrovnik, for sure I will like to stay in this guesthouse again,

On the outskirts of the old town off Dubronik is this charming little guest house, (approx 10 mins ) There is a supermarket, bakery, bars and restaurants just a short walk away, We had a small apartment that Over looked the bridge with stunning views, The owner Semy made us feel right at home, and one day gave us some of her home baking and a bottle of her own red wine which was delicious!! The apartment was very clean , comfortable and fantastic value for money, I would definitely return and would recommend this accommodation,
