Lejligheder Villa Luka"s - ""No.7"" Studiolejlighed med balkon og havudsigt

Apartments Villa Luka"s er beliggende i Cavtat, en stille lille by med rig kulturel og historisk arv, smukke strande og natur, kun 25 minutters kørsel til Dubrovniks gamle bydel. Bemærk venligst vilkårene for brug for følgende faciliteter: - sæsonbestemt udendørs swimmingpool fra kl. 10.00 til kl. 19.00, - Fitnesscenter fra kl. 10.00 til kl. 19.00, - Sauna fra kl. 18.00 til kl. 24.00, - Vaskeservice tilgængelig efter anmodning og gratis højstol er tilgængelig efter anmodning. Der er gratis privat parkering på stedet, og bagageopbevaring er muligt før indtjekning og efter udtjekning.Studiolejligheden har aircondition, WiFi, fladskærms-tv med kabelkanaler og møbleret balkon med havudsigt. Perfekt udstyret til op til to personer er det et behageligt sted for venner eller par ferie. Det har en queensize seng, privat badeværelse med bruser og hårtørrer, spiseplads og køkken med køleskab, komfur, mikroovn og vandkedel. Denne placering er perfekt for gæster, der elsker at nyde solen og havet, være tæt på Dubrovnik, men langt nok til at undgå folkemængderne og bevare deres fred og privatliv. Lejligheden ligger kun 15 minutters gang til nærmeste strand. Forskellige restauranter, barer og butikker kan findes på den berømte strandpromenade, ideel for dem, der nyder naturen og lange gåture i solnedgangen. Busstoppestedet (Cavtat-Dubrovnik) ligger 150 m væk, og der kommer busser ofte forbi.Dubrovnik Lufthavn ligger 5 km derfra, mens busstationen og færgehavnen, der forbinder fastlandet med forskellige dalmatiske øer, ligger 20 km derfra.

VIlla Lukas has been a pleasure!The facilities at Villa Lukas are by far the best we \nhave experienced on our europe travelling trip, \nThe pool, jacuzzi, gym and sauna are extremely well\nkept! \nThe apartment common spaces have lots \nof personal touches, a small book library\n and a shared kitchen with a artist gallery and \nsmall jewellery shop next to, \nWe have felt at home at Villa Lukas for our first\n trip to Croatia we could not recommend enough!

I’d like to visit againIt was a bit aside from the center of Cavtat and that was a good thing, no neighbours at your sight from the balcony, Sea view, though there was this construction site but it was quiet on summer season so I didnt really mind in the end, Coffee machine downstairs, Free ride back to airport (it can cost up to 20 euros by taxi so its a big plus),

5* apartment, excellent hosts, great communication and clean!What was there not to like!!! The property did not disappoint, an extremely warm welcome on arrival, We were early but that was no problem at all, We had a tour around the building which was very handy, Free coffee machine in the kitchen for a good morning coffee was an excellent extra, \n\nThe room was better than we expected, really good size, storage was great, extremely clean and a extra large double bed, The air con at night was amazing and worked well, the shutters on the patio helped keep the room cool, Everything in the room and building all felt brand new, Honestly could not fault anything, \n\nThe swimming pool, hot tub and outdoor area was again clean and very we presented, There is no need to pack towels the apartment has plenty and it is easy to swap for new ones,\n\nThe apartment was located a short walk from a supermarket which was perfect, \n\nYes, there is a large hill to walk up when you come back from the town but this really isn’t a issue, If needs be there is a taxi&#47,golf buggy taxi that goes around the town you can jump in for a lift back up, \n\nOur trip was for a wedding and the hosts were more than happy to taxi us to the venue! So thanks again! Nothing was ever too much trouble,\n\nMyself and my partner have already said we will be returning! Thank you,

Everything you could need at your fingertips, just a stone’s throw away from cavtat,Villas Lukas was a perfect spot for a few days in cavtat, Rooms were spacious and you were supplied with everything you need, The hot tub was a welcome treat and the terrace perfect place to relax, The pool was very cold but that was to be expected in April and luckily the outdoor shower was heated! free coffee to help yourself to and a fully stacked self service bar that was based on the honour system would be great for a drink by the pool,
