This big, three-star holiday house with its own pool is in the Punta apartment complex about 200 metres from the town of Povlja, on a road that leads along the seafront. The house is only 30 metres from the beach and so ensures a fantastic view of the sea.

Both on the ground floor and on the first floor there is a balcony with a beautiful view of the sea. You can enjoy meals on the balcony on the first floor (25m²) along with the beautiful view of the sea. The balconies are furnished with garden furniture, parasols and loungers. In front of the house there is a big garden with a private pool (25m²) and an outdoor shower, which can be illuminated at night. Grape vines are planted behind the house. The site is enclosed and suitable for children and pets. Five parking spaces are provided.

The renovated holiday house has air conditioning and provides 175m² of living space for ten people. It has four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own TV. The 100m² ground floor has a living room with a flatscreen TV, Playstation 4, table football and a sofa bed, two bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds, and a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining table, stove, microwave, coffee machine and fridge. There are also two bathrooms with a shower on the ground floor. The 75m² first floor provides two further bathrooms with a shower, as well as two bedrooms that also have a double bed and two single beds. On this floor there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a dining table and coffee machine.

The sea is just 25 metres from the house and in front of the house there is a private beach. 300 metres away in the centre of Povlja, which is a five-minute walk away, there are markets and restaurants. You can also go on trips to nearby places such as Makarska, Selca, Sumartin or Bol, providing interesting alternatives to a day on the beach.

The months of September and October are also to be recommended for a stay, owing to the pleasant climate and the favourable prices. Free Internet access is available. The house also has a sauna, a fitness room and a table tennis table, so you can enjoy sports and then relax in the sauna. Seven bicycles and two surf boards and one kayak are available for use free of charge.
