Casa Oreggi is located in the charming village of Tavole in a quiet residential street with no car traffic. The house has recently been renovated and now offers a beautiful setting for a relaxing holiday for 2-6 people. In front of the house there is a terrace with a barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven that bakes excellent pizzas. On the ground floor of the house there is a spacious living room with a fireplace, sofas, satellite TV, a large dining table and a comfortably equipped kitchenette. The view from the windows extends over olive groves and the beautiful Ligurian countryside. Downstairs there is also a bright bathroom with shower and access to a terrace with morning sun, as well as a bedroom with a double bed. A wooden staircase leads upstairs, where there are 2 further bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with 3 beds). Both bedrooms have access to the roof terrace with a beautiful view and plenty of sun from morning to evening. The furnishings and decoration have been lovingly selected and create a cosy, Mediterranean ambience. The house has pellet central heating and a rustic fireplace and is pleasantly warm even in the colder months of the year. Guests love the large pool (8 x 3.5 m), which is shared with the neighbouring house.
The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine and oven as well as a large fridge with freezer compartment. Crockery, glasses, pots and pans etc. are available, everything is there for the holiday kitchen. Guests provide their own pellets for the stove. The pool is closed from mid-October, depending on the weather.
The house also has a lovely Mediterranean garden with olive and lemon trees as well as a large terrace with plenty of sunshine. The highlight is the beautiful pool with sunbathing area around it. From here you also have a wonderful view of olive groves, wooded hills and pretty little villages. There is a washing machine, parasol, garden furniture etc. in the garden shed. There is a parking space for your car on the property and 2 reserved parking spaces at the entrance.
Due to the stairs, the house is not suitable for people with limited mobility.
As the key handover is contactless, the deposit is also transferred before arrival.
Tavole is a charming Ligurian village with a lot of tradition. Casa Oreggi is located in a village street, in the neighbourhood there are other private houses and gardens. The location is quiet, no car traffic within earshot. There is a very good restaurant in the village, the nearest shops, post office etc. are in Molino di Prela, 5 minutes away. You can reach the house either via a narrow road below the house and then drive directly onto the property. Or you can park at the beginning of the road and walk the rest (approx. 100 metres). There are many beautiful walks nearby, including to idyllic swimming pools, which can be reached on foot in 15 minutes.
