Located inside the charming Pignocco Country House, an 18th-century farmhouse that has been finely restored and converted into non-hotel accommodation, this three-room apartment is ideal for those who want a holiday between the sea and the hills, just 5 km from the historic centre of Pesaro and the sea. The flat combines historical charm, modern comforts and spectacular views of the hills of Urbino, Montefeltro and the Adriatic, and is perfect for families or small groups.

The flat is on the first floor of the farmhouse barn and has an independent entrance and panoramic terrace. The living area is bright and welcoming, with a full kitchen, wooden dining table, corner cabinet and a burgundy red sofa. An antique crystal chandelier, suspended from the high ceiling, illuminates the room while the many windows offer views of the garden, olive grove and surrounding countryside.

The two double bedrooms offer privacy and comfort, each with a private bathroom. The main room, with three large windows, offers views of the garden, the private church, the city of Pesaro and the sea on the horizon. The second room provides tranquillity and additional space, making the flat ideal for families or friends travelling together.

Outside, the panoramic terrace is perfect for lunches, dinners or aperitifs while admiring the view of the hills and the sea. The summer swimming pool, immersed in a centuries-old olive grove, is reserved for guests and offers deckchairs and sunbeds for moments of absolute relaxation. The large garden with century-old trees, tables and chairs allows guests to fully enjoy the natural beauty of the property, while the barbecue adds a convivial touch to outdoor evenings.

The farmhouse, purchased by the grandfather in 1952 and lovingly restored by the father, retains an authentic atmosphere thanks to the furniture restored by the owners and custom-made pieces made by local craftsmen.
