Immersed in the green Gallurese countryside, in a dominant position over Olbia and its gulf, an ancient Gallurese stazzo, completely renovated and furnished.
Ideal for families and friends who, after a day of hiking and the sea, like to stay outside the city chaos, enjoying typical local wines on the veranda overlooking the gulf of Olbia!
Stazzu Straetu is an ancient and typical Gallurese stazzo already recorded in 1862. It has a large living room, dining table, various pieces of furniture and two sofas. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, electric oven and gas cooker.
The sleeping area consists of two spacious bedrooms consisting of:
- Room 1 surface area approx. 30 m2 with a double bed, a single bed an en-suite bathroom (complete with WC, Bidet, comfortable shower with overhead shower d hand shower, washbasin).
- Room 2 has a surface area of approximately 32 m2 with a double bed, a single bed, an en-suite bathroom (complete with WC, Bidet, comfortable shower with overhead shower head, washbasin), walk-in wardrobe, large window with a view of the Gulf of Olbia.
Both rooms can be communicating and/or separate, and have access from outside the house.
The house is located in the hills around Olbia, to reach it you need to drive about 10 km from the centre of Olbia, about 15 minutes by car, the view overlooks the city and the sea. It has two covered verandas and an outdoor area with a wood-burning oven and an outdoor kitchen.
The location offers the possibility of excursions by bicycle.
