The villa is located in the central part of Costa Rei known as Monte Nai. It has a very convenient central location that makes for a car-free holiday. It is within walking distance from markets, shops and services of any kinds, from the public transport stop and from the main streets where to go out in the evening. The beach can still be reached comfortably by walk and is about 400 meters away.
Oudoors the property has a large covered veranda equipped with table and chairs that overlooks a delightful front garden. There is also a large rear garden with barbecue area and outdoor shower. The roof terrace is very impressive thanks to its enchanting sea view and comes equipped with table, chairs and sun loungers.
