The flat is on the ground floor of a detached house with access from the main road of Costa Rei. It has an independent entrance from the upper floor as well as a private veranda and courtyard. The area of Costa Rei is the Monte Nai side of the first hill. The main road has very strict speed limits (30 km/h) so it is safe to cross it to easily reach the beach, which is less than 200 metres away.
The accommodation is larger than the Costa Rei average for this type of category. In fact, it offers three bedrooms (two doubles, also with an independent exit to the outdoors and a small room with two single beds), a living room with kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and a toilette (without shower) adjoining one of the two bedrooms.
Outdoors there is a large veranda covered with reeds during the season, a very large courtyard surrounded by flower beds and ornamental plants, a barbecue area, and an outdoor shower, and a washing machine box. From the veranda and the courtyard guests may enjoy beautiful Mediterranean views.
