The villa is set on quit small condo (with three properties) in a quiet area of Costa Rei. It is really a few steps from a gorgeous sandy beach (approx. 80 m.). You have direct access to the beach thanks to a direct short walking path.
The roofed patio is perfect for alfresco dining. The lawned garden (partially fenced) is great for relaxing and for sunbathing, and is also equipped with alfresco shower and built-in BBQ. You will love the rooftop terrace that offers you a great panoramic view.
The villa is tastefully furnished (also with Sardinian antiques) and has been recently renewed. It boasts on the ground floor a large living room with separate kitchenette, three bedrooms (a double and two twins), a shower room, a bathroom with bathub. On the semi-underground floor there is a double bedroom with ensuite (shower) and a utility room with washing machine.
