The villa is only 600 metres from the sea and is immersed in the wonderful greenery of Costa Paradiso.

It consists of three double bedrooms, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms, and has a total of six beds.

Within the village there are two magnificent beaches, one reachable on foot and the other by sea with a dinghy rental service. There are also numerous coves that can be reached from land where you can enjoy the magnificent crystal-clear water of the Costa Paradiso. It is possible to rent dinghies for excursions by sea along the coast, recommended for snorkelling and mountain biking enthusiasts. Restaurants, bars, a diving centre and a sporting centre (July - September) with a swimming pool, tennis courts and five-a-side football, complete the services available

The villa is located 500 metres from the sea; on foot in about 20 minutes it is possible to reach the magnificent La Sorgente cove by crossing a path through nature. Surrounded by greenery with a swimming pool, private spa and sea view, the villa has an outdoor relaxation area designed down to the smallest detail. Everything is designed around nature and the materials used are exclusively fine wood and hand-crafted local stone. A large wooden solarium with a sea view surrounds the pool with comfortable seating all around. Immersed in the vegetation is the breakfast nook, a wooden seat enveloped by strawberry trees that offers guests the chance to wake up in the morning to the sound of nature immersed in the green of the Mediterranean maquis with a view of the spectacular rocks of Costa Paradiso. What makes this accommodation unique is the newly created private SPA path. This is a SPA experience for the exclusive use of guests consisting of a cold-water pool, a heated whirlpool bath designed in nature, and a hammam with chromotherapy and emotional shower. The cold pool is included in the price, the whirlpool bath and the hammam for those who want them have an extra cost respectively.
The sofas and outdoor relaxation seating are made entirely of local stone and wood, the cushions all in nautical material.
The covered dining area is by the pool. The swimming pool has been designed with families with children in mind. It has a large shallow water area that allows adults to lie in the sun in the cool shade and children to play easily in the water. At the back is the barbeque area for barbecue lovers.
Internally there is a living room with kitchen, three double bedrooms, one of which may have two beds, and two bathrooms. The tapestries were made using the original fabrics of Sardinian costumes, saddlebags and coloured wools for curtains cushions and tapestries. Equipped with air conditioning, wi fi connection and all comforts, it is the perfect solution for a Sea, Nature and Relaxation holiday with family or friends or for a romantic getaway.
