Casa Il Mirto is a comfortable and cosy holiday home in Costa Paradiso, surrounded by characteristic granite rocks and typical Mediterranean scrub.
The house is a three-roomed cottage clad in local stone with independent access, very practical and well-maintained.
A few steps lead up to the sea-view terrace with a wooden table where you can enjoy a nice breakfast when you wake up or have a nice dinner with friends, admiring the magnificent sunsets. Entering the living room you will find a pleasant and bright room with two sofas (one is a sofa bed), a dining table, TV and a decorative fireplace. Adjacent to the living room is a well-equipped kitchenette with a gas hob, crockery and a convenient electric oven. From the living room, the sleeping area is accessed via a short corridor leading to the bedrooms and bathroom. The main bedroom, with a nice double bed and a capacious wardrobe, opens onto an outdoor courtyard with shower and washing machine. The second bedroom, also overlooking the courtyard, consists of a bunk bed and a two-door wardrobe. The bathroom is functional and consists of a washbasin, toilet, bidet and shower.
Throughout the house there are air-conditioning splits which, however, are set to the 'fan' function.
Along the corridor there is a French window leading to the solarium, where you can relax in the sun while admiring the sea and the beautiful Costa Paradiso.
