The comfortable villa Li Rocchi, with a small annexe, can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. The house, clad in local stone, is surrounded by greenery and is very quiet and comfortable. From the car park, you walk up a flight of stairs to the entrance of the house, which opens onto a beautiful living room with TV and sofa. Adjacent to the comfortable sitting room is the spacious kitchen, tiled with Sardinian wax tiles and complete with appliances (refrigerator, gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher).
From the living area one enters the sleeping area by climbing a few steps. Here there is a spacious double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a ceiling finely decorated with floral motifs and a practical small bedroom with a bunk bed. The two rooms share the large main bathroom with washbasin, toilet, bidet and shower.
Attached to the main building is the annexe, consisting of a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin and bidet. Access to the annexe is through the room with a bunk bed or through the main lane that goes down near the parking space.
Outside the house is a garden with two terraces overlooking the sea, where you can dine or spend a relaxing afternoon.
