The sea-view flat, a charming 55 square metre, Class A-certified one-bedroom flat on the ground floor, is furnished in a modern style and has a living room with table, sofa bed and flat-screen TV, chest of drawers, and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and waffle coffee maker. In the immediate vicinity, the one-bedroom apartment in a small villa is set in a timeless context, dominated by the medieval stone of the caruggi of Civezza, embellished by an environment rich in gardens and centuries-old olive trees. Just a few minutes away is the seaside resort of San Lorenzo al Mare, a charming village whose atmosphere evokes the nearby Côte d'Azur and which can be reached by train or from the Imperia Ovest motorway exit. Agritourisms, typical restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, artisan shops, delicatessens and ice-cream parlours can be reached in a few minutes.

The swimming pool is open from 17 June to 10 September from 10 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. and 3.30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. Until 30 June it will only be open in the afternoon during the week, all day at weekends

Being able to divide one's time between the practicality of pool life and the pleasure of sea life, between sandy beaches and small villages with a strong Provençal charm, brings incomparable benefits. What's more, for those who love sport, kite and windsurfing are practised in the surrounding area, a walk can take you up to over 1,000 metres and along the coast there is a cycle path of over 20 km, carved out of the old railway line. Endless olive trees cover the surrounding hills, medieval villages in the immediate vicinity such as Lingueglietta, Dolcedo, Triora and the old part of Imperia itself, Porto Maurizio, allow for unexpected discoveries within the most authentic Liguria. Sanremo, the City of Flowers, Festival and Casino, is only 30 minutes away. The international airports of Genoa and Nice are less than an hour and a half away.
