Holiday apartment with a furnished veranda in Marina di Ragusa, about 300 metres from the beach
This attic apartment (mansarda) is in a quiet residential area of Marina di Ragusa, about 300 metres from the beach and the centre. This is a strategic position because the residence is located in a very quiet and calm place in front of a free public parking area. On one hand you can easily walk to the main places, restaurants and pubs.
The attic apartment with sea view (35 sqm) is an ideal space for hosting 2–3 people. Located on the third and top floor (without elevator) of a modern building, it features large sliding windows and a spacious furnished terrace (30 sqm) with a table and chairs. The accommodation is perfect for a couple's holiday and enjoys a panoramic view of the entire gulf of Marina di Ragusa. It includes a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower cabin and an open-plan living room and kitchen equipped with a sofa bed.
The apartment, built in 2013, offers a contemporary style. The bright open-plan living room-kitchen is equipped with an LED TV (32") and a sofa bed and features large sliding windows that open onto the spacious furnished terrace, perfect for enjoying your meal in total relaxation. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge with a freezer compartment and a coffee machine. A washing machine, an iron and an ironing board are also available. The entire apartment is equipped with air conditioning (cool/warm). Wireless Internet access is available.
It is the perfect accommodation to relax and enjoy al fresco dining on the beautiful terrace. Small and comfortable, it is ideal for travelling as a couple. The apartment is located in a newly built residential complex, just 300 meters from the beach and the centre. You can move easily on foot. You will find all the comforts that will make your stay optimal.
At your arrival, there is an extra payment of the city tax per night/person for the first 7 nights, counted for people older than 12 years.

There is also an amazing tourist harbour with shops, cafes and ice cream shops. In 30 minutes by car, you can easily reach the beautiful Baroque towns of the Val di Noto: Ragusa, Ibla, Modica and Scicli.
