This holiday apartment is in a quiet residential area of Marina di Ragusa and is about 300 metres from the beach and the centre. We have 3 different kind of apartments, with 3, 2 or 1 bedrooms. The residence has a reception in via Pescara 28, during check-in you can ring our bell and we will come with you directly to the apartment, which are close to the reception. The building has got three floors, ground, first, second and third. On the last étage there is the onebedroom apartment with a big veranda.

Bright, air-conditioned apartment (60 m²) suitable for 4–5 guests, offering a delightful sea view. Located in a modern building, it consists of a spacious living room with sofa and LED TV and a kitchen equipped with a gas hob, cookware, cutlery, electric oven, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom and another bedroom with two single beds, as well as a windowed bathroom with a shower cabin. No elevator.

The apartment, built in 2013, is on the ground floor and has a bedroom with a double bed (170 x 195cm), a bedroom with two single beds (85 x 195cm), a bathroom with a shower, a big and light living room with a sofa and an LED TV (32”), as well as a kitchen equipped with a gas stove, oven, dishwasher and fridge with a freezer compartment. A washing machine, an iron and an ironing board are also available. The two bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning (cool/warm). Wireless Internet access is available. Inside the building is not present the elevator.

Outside there is a furnished terrace for al fresco dining. Opposite the building you can find a big public car park. The area is quite and calm, especially because we hare located in a residential place not close to the caotic pubs or places. But on the other hand all restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, bike shops are near our holiday houses.

All the apartments has differente comforts, dish washing machine, laundry, air conditioner both warm and cold temperature, veranda, kitchen utensils, detergents for dish and clothes. The climatizator is in living room and each restroom.

In 30 min by car you can easily reach Ragusa, Ibla, Modica and Scicli all Val di Noto!
