This holiday apartment is in a quiet residential area of Marina di Ragusa and is about 300 metres from the beach and the centre. We have 3 different kind of apartments, with 3, 2 or 1 bedrooms. The residence has a reception in via Pescara 28, during check-in you can ring our bell and we will come with you directly to the apartment, which are close to the reception. The building has got three floors, ground, first, second and third. On the last floor there is the one-bedroom apartment with a big veranda.

Comfortable air-conditioned apartment (60 m²), ideal for 4–5 people, furnished in a minimal style. It is perfect for a holiday as a couple, with family, or with friends. The accommodation consists of a living room with sofa and LED TV and a kitchen equipped with a gas hob, cookware, cutlery, electric oven, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher. The sleeping area includes one double bedroom and another room with two single beds, as well as a windowed bathroom with a shower cabin. No elevator.

This particular apartment, built in 2013, is on the ground floor. It features a bedroom with a double bed (170 x 195cm), a bedroom with two single beds (85 x 195cm), a bathroom with a shower, a large and bright living room with a sofa and an LED TV (32”), as well as a kitchen equipped with a gas stove, oven, dishwasher and fridge with a freezer compartment. A washing machine, an iron and an ironing board are also available. Both bedrooms and the living room have hot/cold air conditioning. Wireless Internet access is available.

Outside there is a furnished terrace for al fresco dining. Opposite the building you can find a large public car park. The area is quiet and calm, especially because we are located in a residential place not close to chaotic pubs or noisy spots. But on the other hand, all restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries and bike shops are near our holiday houses.

All the apartments have different comforts: dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning (both warm and cold), veranda, kitchen utensils and detergents for dishes and clothes. The air conditioning units are in the living room and in each bedroom.

In 30 min by car you can easily reach Ragusa, Ibla, Modica and Scicli – all part of the beautiful Val di Noto!
