Villa del Mirto is a quaint 6-bed holiday home, 300 metres from the beautiful beaches of Pantanagianni, functionally furnished for travellers from all over the world.
Each room has its own privacy, whether you are a group of friends or a large family. The low price, however, also makes it perfect for a simple couple.

The very cosy and bright bedrooms are divided as follows: there is 1 double bedroom with a queen-size bed overlooking the garden and 2 bedrooms with two very large single beds. In addition, there are several custom-made compartments to accommodate all your personal belongings.

Villa del Mirto has two windowed bathrooms, one complete with both bathtub and shower cubicle and complete sanitary shower, Welcome Kit with shampoo and bath shower, the other smaller equipped only with a vase and washbasin as in the photo, in addition we find hairdryer and illuminated mirror.

In addition to towels of various sizes you will find sheets, blankets and everything you need to make your stay perfect.
At your disposal you will find a comfortable 4-burner gas cooker, a frigorifer/frizeer, a large oven, dishwasher and of course a complete set of pots, pans dishes and cutlery.
The living room is equipped with a 4K Ultra HD TV, Wi-Fi connection

A large garden with the possibility of parking several cars is available in the off-street area. A table and chairs are available for you to enjoy your stay in total privacy and intimacy, far from the noise of the city.

Only 300 metres away, you will find the beautiful beaches of our multi-awarded Blue Flag territory consisting only of sand, with private and equipped beaches or free beaches. Only 2 km away you will find the centre of Santa Sabina with various bars and restaurants with many local specialities. Easily accessible at 8 km is the Torre Guaceto nature reserve. The train station is only 4 km away and Brindisi airport is 30 km away.
