The open kitchen is fully equipped with modern conveniences such as an induction hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, and a Quooker to meet all your cooking needs. On the first floor there is also the first toilet.

On the first floor, you'll find the bedroom and an adjoining bathroom. The bedroom is an oasis of peace with a comfortable double box spring (160x200cm), a cozy seating/single bed (80x200cm) by the window, and a second television for extra entertainment. A spacious wardrobe with ample hanging and storage space and a practical full-length mirror complete the setup. Bedside lamps by the bed provide both functional and ambient lighting.

The adjoining open bathroom offers ultimate comfort with a walk-in rain shower, a second toilet, and a double sink unit, where you can freshen up. For added convenience during your stay, there is a storage room downstairs with a washing machine.

If you are traveling with small children up to 2 years, a high chair and a foldable baby cot are available. Parking is not a problem, as there is space for 2 cars on the property. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
