It is placed near Leonidio between the beaches and the mountain villages at a distance of 18km from Mount Parnon and Leonidio city, on the way to Kyparissi. The beaches of Fokianos and Poulithra are a 15-minute drive away (12km). The high mountains touch the sea creating picturesque beaches. There is a cool and dry atmosphere, pleasant in the summer nights.

LANDSCAPE AND VEGETATION A forest area is around the property, covered with maple trees, oak, wild pistachio, almond trees, shrubs and aromatic plants such as oregano and thyme. There are no commercial farming activities, no greenhouses, vegetable crops, fruit tree plantations or olive trees cultivations - it is unspoiled nature. Walking options range from gentle strolls through the nearby villages of Amygdalia, Pigadi and Peleta to more energetic hiking along the old shepherd paths to the beaches of Poulithra and Fokianos.The location also provides a very good base for road cycling along quiet roads in excellent condition with best of both mountainous terrain and coastal riding.
