There are four ensuite bathrooms and one communal that is finished to a luxurious standard and has a walk-in shower while the bathroom benefits from the addition of a bathtub in one of them. Entering the villa on the ground level you will find a spacious open area with a fantastically-equipped kitchen which is heaven for foodies. The area is completed with a dining and a living room with a big flat-screen smart TV with satellite channels and a gas fireplace. Additionally, the outdoor swimming pool can be heated upon request at an extra cost from October to May by a Pool Heat Pump at about 25 - 26°C depending on weather conditions. We request 3-4 days' advance notice for this facility and the cost of the heated pool can be pursued only with cash upon arrival.(Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during the summer months due to naturally high ambient temperatures.) From 2024 there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is fifteen euros per night from April to October and four euros per night from November to March.
