The country house is located in the north of the island, far away from mass tourism in the Mikro Nisi area. Zakynthos is considered a green pearl with impressive vegetation, the famous shipwreck beach and the breeding grounds of the Caretta sea turtle.110 m² of living space, this accommodation offers enough space for a maximum of four people. It is tiled and simply but tastefully furnished. The house has a living room, a dining room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a fridge with freezer compartment, a hob, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee machine, leaving nothing to be desired. Both bedrooms have a king-size bed (1.60 metres wide). The bathroom features a shower, washbasin, WC and washing machine. An additional toilet is available in the utility room. The landlord is happy to provide you with a high chair, a cot, children's toys and board games for young and old free of charge. There is heating and free Wi-Fi in all rooms of the house and outside, on the 2000 m² property, you will find a beautiful garden with olive and almond trees, from which you can enjoy a fantastic sea view. There is also a terrace. You can park a car free of charge in two private outdoor parking spaces. Pets are allowed on request and the nearest beach is five minutes away by car. The traditional craft village of Ano Volimes, the harbour village of Agios Nikolaos and Makris Giaolos beach are also nearby. The long beach in Alykes (20 minutes by car) is ideal for children and offers a variety of water sports. Horse riding is available in Alykanas (20 minutes by car). The zoo in Askos (ten minutes by car) is home to many animals. In the south of the island are the breeding grounds of the Caretta sea turtles. Basic groceries can be bought from neighbours, while good tavernas and small supermarkets can be found in the neighbouring villages.
