Villa with private pool and stunning view! Welome to our villa that is located in a top of a hill, 1.600 meters away from city center and area beaches. Enjoy the private pool and stunning views of the Creatan sea, town of Chania and the mountains (Lefka ori). Guests of all backgrounds are welcome. This villa is ideal for couples, and families who want to vacation in luxurious comfort and privacy. Our Villa includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, 2 living rooms, 2 dining rooms, free wi-fi, private parking, security system, bbq. Our villa is located in the secluded, quiet neighborhood of Agios Ioannis. The house is built on the top of a hill, in a cluster of pines and olive trees with unencumbered views of the Cretan sea, mountains (Lefka ori) and the city of Chania. A private road leads to the villa and is accessed by a private entrance. You can park you car in the interior parking and after use the interior stairs to access to the entire villa. In the basement is located a fully equipment kitchen and an open space with two dinning rooms and two living rooms with amazing view. Also there is an office room and a toilet. The private pool level is surrounded by a outdoor couch, six sun loungers and a outdoor dining furniture as well as an outdoor shower. --1st floor-- The first bedroom includes a double size bed with an ensuite closet and an ensuite bathroom. There is a balcony with view of the city of Chania. Is inluded a tv and air conditioner. All over the villa, is provided free wifi. -Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa and exclusive use of the pool area. -Feel free to explore all the hill next to villa by walk, as all the hill is our property. Antonis love to entertain and aim to make all guests that choose their home feel comfortable and relaxed. We can be reached by cell phone, email, or SMS with any questions or assistance that you may need. We would like to respect your wishes at how much interaction and assistance each guest would like because privacy and comfort is of the utmost importance. - To welcome you our villa, all guests are greeted at check-in with a complementary welcome basket with our own cold pressed olive oil, wine, cheese ,cookies. - Kitchen staples such as coffee, tea, thyme honey and sugar are also included. Guests also receive new cleaning supplies, for basic cleaning up. - You will receive also a Cretan box with cretan products as a gift. - The villa is on a top of a hill and the most of the houses are at a distance of 180 meters away. As we are far from other homes, you have totally privacy and allowing you to relax and enjoy the sounds of nature in all their glory. - Close to villa, you will find a super market, cafe, bakery and other small local shops. - Feel like a local because our neighborhood is not a touristic area. Our villa has private parking for plenty of cars but if you want to go by bus in the center of Chania , there is a bus station just few minutes away from our villa.
