The train station is only a fifteen minute walk or five minutes by tram away providing the ability to explore the whole of the French Riviera. Consequently, this rental apartment is perfect if you want to be in the heart of all that Nice and the Riviera has to offer.

Connected to the kitchen to create a modern and open plan area the living room also provides access to a small balcony with table and chairs to seat two with an amazing view ebove the beautifull garden « The Coulée Verte).
Decorated in a neutral style with plenty of homely touches and artwork this area holds a grey sofa, wall mounted flat screen TV, small coffee table and is fitted with air conditioning.
CUISINE
The kitchen is modern and clean and well stocked with everything you would need. It has been decorated with light grey lacquered cupboards that hold all the mod cons. There is an oven, wash machine, fridge, four-ring hob with extractor fan.
