We wanted this villa to be a place of relaxation and well-being for your family. A cosy, comfortable house (rated 4*) with an exceptional view over the surrounding countryside where your gaze will wander as far as the Vercors, Mont Ventoux and the Ardèche mountains. From your holiday home you can set off on lovely walks, horse rides or canoe trips. You'll discover the nearby Ardèche sites, villages and gastronomy, then return to your nest to savour your Ardèche holidays.
A welcoming exterior (covered terrace, electric barbecue, private swimming pool, table tennis and plenty of space around the house). But also, and above all, peace and quiet and an exceptional view, so you can live outside in a private space.
Our villas le Nid is a brand new house designed for your holidays, with all the comforts you would expect for a comfortable stay. A modern kitchen (American fridge, oven, dishwasher, etc.), a comfortable living room (widescreen TV, hi-fi system) and spacious bedrooms (master bedroom with king-size bed and private shower room). Everything you need for comfort, relaxation and family fun.
Our villa is nestled in the countryside at the top of a hill, overlooking the valley and the medieval village of Montréal. Situated close to a forest, you can set off on foot to discover the surrounding paths, villages and hamlets. If you drive a few kilometres, you can discover some wonderful Ardéchois villages and medieval châteaux. If you go a little further, about ten minutes from your holiday destination (20 to 40 minutes), you'll have all the major sites of the southern Ardèche within easy reach: the Pont d'Arc, the Ardèche Gorges, the Païolive wood, the Caverne du Pont d'Arc, the Aven d'Orgnac, Alba la romaine, Les Vans, the Cévennes...
The breathtaking views; you'll be able to see as far as the foothills of the Alps, Mont Ventoux and the Cevennes. The comfort we've tried to make as comfortable as possible.
