There is also a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 190 cm), a shower room and a separate toilet. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms offer comfort and privacy, the first with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and the second also with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) with a private shower and washbasin. A separate toilet completes this level. Outside, enjoy a large enclosed garden of 800 m², ideal for children and relaxation, as well as a spacious sunny terrace with a plancha grill and garden furniture, where you can enjoy al fresco dining. The house also has a private garage in the basement, with storage for bicycles and paddleboards, as well as parking for several vehicles.
