This accommodation is located in the heart of the village, in a peaceful setting with easy access to the motorways and tourist attractions. The village is 8 km from Caen city centre and 6 km from the exhibition centre. The owner lives on the first floor of the house.

The independent gîte of 49 m. furnished for tourism classified 4.*, formerly the village pharmacy, is on the ground floor of the house. It has a separate entrance not overlooked by the owners (opposite the owners' entrance via the car park) and sleeps three to four people. The style of furnishings is modern. The separate kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances, such as a gas cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer and coffee maker. The living/dining room has a dining area with a table and four chairs. In the living room there is a 140x200 sofa bed with good quality mattress, LCD screen TV, DVD player, radio and mini CD player, as well as books and board games. The bedroom is semi-buried but has a double bed with comfortable 160x200 bedding and a wardrobe with hanging space. The bathroom has a large shower and washbasin. There is also a second toilet with separate WC. The washing machine is located in a corner of the corridor.

The terrace has garden furniture, sun loungers and a charcoal barbecue. There is a private, gated car park.

High-speed WIFI internet access is available. Minimum stay 7 nights.

Your accommodation is close to all shops. The sea is 20 km away. Many tourist sites are within a 50 km radius, including the D-Day landing beaches, Arromanches, Bayeux, Caen, Cabourg, Deauville, Honfleur, Mont Saint Michel (110km), Etretat, Suisse Normande, amusement parks, zoo and forest. All kinds of swimming, leisure, museum and cultural activities are possible.
