The red flat by GrazRentals has been completely renovated with a lot of love and beautiful details and is located in a listed outbuilding of one of the oldest Gründerzeit villas in Graz. Opposite the building is the entrance to the ReSoWi (Faculty of Law, Social Sciences and Economics) of the Karl-Franzens University. Ideal for business travellers, visiting professors, students or their family/relatives as well as families with up to two children.

All guests of the house have their own large front garden, which can be shared. A private secure car park is available.

A large double bed in the bedroom with a small, cosy cot and a comfortable pull-out sofa for two people in the living room. Beautiful fabrics, warm soft room colours with impressive designer wallpaper and a cosy sitting area opposite the kitchen - all this can be found in this newly renovated old building flat. Nothing is missing - a cosy flat to arrive, feel good and relax. Both rooms look directly onto the entrance to the ReSoWi building of the Karl Franzens University - it couldn't be closer to the university. The new kitchen leaves nothing to be desired - you can enjoy the evening on the cosy bench opposite the kitchen. The bathroom is also completely new, including a washing machine/dryer combination. There is a separate "podium WC" - also newly renovated, of course. The flat is furnished with a lot of fairness and charm, practical, ideal for families with children, a couple or students with friends. A cot is available separately - on request.

Zinzendorfgasse, the hotspot of the neighbourhood with student bars and nice shops, is a 3-minute walk away. There is a bakery with a small coffee house in the building. The nearest public transport is a two-minute walk away. The University of the Arts, the University of Music, the city park or the Hilmteich/Leechwald recreational area can be reached on foot in 10 minutes, the state hospital, the technical university and Graz city centre in 15 minutes.

Contactless check-in Instead of keys, there is a combination lock so that nobody has to worry about losing the flat keys. We can therefore check in and out at any time of day or night. The "yellow" flat is on the ground floor, the windows are barred and the flat can be reached via two steps at the house entrance.
