This impressive villa is 500m2 and can accommodate up to 12 guests. The house has the ultimate mod-cons, its decor and furnishings are bright and sleek, everything has been customised to the finest detail to make guests feel content, immersed in the holiday atmosphere with the utmost comfort. The entrance hall features a sweeping staircase, while the large lounge is comfortable and bright with a huge French window which opens to the garden. There is also a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen on this floor. There is a double bedroom with full bathroom next to it and a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom on the ground floor too. A staircase leads to the upper floor with 1 double bedroom and 3 twin bedrooms – all these bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and a lot of wardrobe space. All bedrooms have access to terraces or balconies.
The villa is air-conditioned throughout for your comfort. Satellite TV and Wifi internet are also included.
Quiros 2 is a large villa located just outside the residential area of Puerto Pollença, which is the most northerly town on Mallorca. A charming village with a lively harbour that over the years has become a popular holiday location. It has a family friendly beach which is good for sports fans, those who enjoy water sports, cycling, biking, walking and even horse-riding. There are a wide range of restaurants, shops and bars, offering the best of Mallorcan foods and crafts. The villa is located 1.5km from the centre of Puerto Pollença in a very peaceful area overlooking the sea. The white sandy beach is just 500m away, so that guests can choose between plunging into the large swimming pool or going for a refreshing dip in the Mediterranean Sea.
