The kitchen has all the modern appliances, such as ceramic hob, electric oven, integrated microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer etc. The house has a delightful mix of the old character features blended beautifully with modern facilities and appliances, striking a wonderful balance between old and new. The court yard area is completely private and has a small pool to refresh. The house has satellite TV, air conditioning throughout and Wi-Fi.

All in all, Villa Bugera is a fantastic town house in Pollensa, extremely close to the centre and its well-known main square, but at the same time it offers privacy and a great terrace area with a superb covered BBQ area.
