Can Boi is a perfect base for a holiday in the north of Mallorca. Ideally situated at the foot of the tramuntana mountain range outside of Pollensa, the villa has easy access to many popular tourist locations.
The property sleeps 5 guests with one double bedroom with air conditioning and en-suite bathroom, one twin bedroom with air conditioning and a single room with fan. There is also a shared full bathroom and a further shower room.
The living area is comfortable with soft furnishings, TV, DVD and Wifi connection. The kitchen is fully equipped, offering all of the modern conveniences of a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and toaster. There is also a wood burner here, useful for early and late season bookings.
Outside there is a covered terrace with a sofa set and dining table ideal for al fresco dining or barbecues. The owner has provided sun loungers for clients wanting to soak up the sun on the private terrace to the side of the property.
