It is idyllically and quietly situated at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana mountains, making it an ideal starting point for numerous excursions in the attractive surroundings. A paved path will take you to your vacation home, which is surrounded by a 3,500sqm plot. Directly at the house is a covered, equipped with comfortable seating terrace that invites you to linger. Accompanied by pleasant reading or a glass of wine, you can relax and enjoy the soothing silence all around you. Right next door you will find another terrace area, also furnished, which can be spanned if necessary with shady sun sails. This makes common meals outdoors a real pleasure. Tasty grilled dishes can be prepared on the grill.
The ground floor house has a living area of ??83sqm. So you have a comfortably furnished living and dining area. Entertaining TV nights can be spent on the comfortable sofa and the accompanying armchairs. There is a TV with satellite TV available. For Kurzweil also provide a CD and a DVD player.
