This charming stone built villa is situated in the peace and quiet of the Pollensa countryside. A covered terrace leads into the ground floor, opening onto a lounge/dining area with beamed ceilings.
Separated from the dining area by a large stone archway is the kitchen, with a large fridge/freezer, electric hob/oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
There is a shower room on the ground floor.
Stairs lead up to the first floor and a double bedroom and two twin bedded rooms plus two full bathrooms. All the bedrooms have air conditioning.
Outdoors the inviting swimming pool (9m x 4m) is surrounded by beautifully tended gardens, and the covered terraces are perfect for al fresco dining or for relaxing in the shade.
There is a brick built BBQ and a ping pong table.
