For those who don't want to totter down to the town in heels for an evening on the sea front. Features a swimming pool, brand new hot tub, a sunny terrace with outdoor dining area and place for a barbeque.Outside there’s a fantastic heated and lit swimming pool surrounded by extensive sun terrace, plants and an ornamental garden which looks simply stunning when lit at night! There are 6 sun loungers around the poolside and natural shade is provided by one of the palms should you need to shelter from the Canarian sunshineA large sunken covered BBQ area is the perfect place to be during the day and evening, and it keeps the sunshine until it goes down. There’s also a hot tub jacuzzi which really tops off a fabulous day when you add a glass of wine into the mix in the evening – pure luxury! The villa is bright and airy with a fun and fresh green and tropical theme inside out. You’ll find everything you need at Casa Aloe Vera - it really is a ‘home from home’ and is often referred to as a perfect 'retreat'As you walk in to the villa you’ll arrive in the cute open plan modern fitted kitchen with everything you could ask for to cook and entertain with. You can eat in either of the indoor dining areas (one round table with six chairs or a large breakfast bar with three stools) if you’d like a break from the sunshine.You can pack light as you’ll be able to use the washing machine, iron and ironing board which are located in the utility room next to the kitchen. Clothes dry in just a few hours outside on the drying rack! Sometimes within the hour. You’ll also avoid doing the washing up with the handy dishwasher – perfect!There’s a double bedroom and a compact bathroom on the ground floor with shower over a small bath. The downstairs facilities are perfect for the daytime in between pool breaks and kitchen snacks, but also act as an en suites shower room (again compact) for the double bedroom on this floor.The open plan dining room/lounge has a leather corner sofa and bucket chair, bluetooth sound system, 47’’ 3D TV, IPTV with more than 150 channels, movie cube as well as plenty of DVDs, Blu rays, and games. There really is plenty of entertainment for all the family. Personal development, spiritual and business development books fill at least two of the shelves adding to the feel that you have arrived at a retreat. Please note this is a residential area and there are a couple of families around that have dogs. These do bark occasionally which is sometimes noticeable but in our opinion not very loud or holiday spoiling. It certainly has not stopped many, many repeat bookings! In fact guests often call the office during their stay to book their holidays in for next year so as not to miss out!This villa strictly sleeps max. 6 people plus 1 baby in travel cot. We cannot accept any z beds, blow up beds or sleeping on the sofaFor those who don't want to totter down to the town in heels for an evening on the sea front. Very well connected to the motorway just about 2 min drive.Playa Dorada, Play Blanca and Flamingo all a short walk away. Great Hiking trails close by. Supermarkets easily accessible. Free internet.
