"Son Bordils Petit" is a newly built villa for 8 people, with a wonderful pool and views of the Mallorcan countryside. It is located next to the nearby "Son Bordils" winery, which produces one of the best Mallorcan wines and whose winery can be visited.

This villa has a lot to offer: its beautiful covered L-shaped terrace full of light that will have you trapped all day watching the colors change; the infinity pool with its comfortable steps; the view of the almond trees that will make you feel as if you are blooming along with them; the small green area with swings that will delight children as they have their own playground.

We invite you to pick fruit from the villa's fig, plum, medlar and apricot trees; nothing will be missing.

The interior of "Son Bordils Petit" also has something magical about it. The bold use of color (red, pink, blue and purple) in both the living room and bedrooms makes each room unmistakable. Each color is accompanied by matching paintings and furniture.

The villa has a wonderful state-of-the-art kitchen filled with outside light thanks to its large windows.

This home fantastically integrates indoor and outdoor life. The comfort inside the house and the feeling of being outside. With a few movements of sliding glass windows you can transform your interior and exterior areas to your liking.

Son Bordils Petit is only 7 minutes by car from Inca, one of the main cities on the island where the most traditional Majorca celleres (old wineries converted into restaurants) are located, offering a sample of the region's specialties.

If you like leather fashion or luxury shoe stores, Inca is the place. Well-known firms such as Camper, Lotusse, Farrutx, ... but also some artisan workshops where they will make a custom-made leather jacket are from here.

Traveling through a region dotted with windmills heading towards Sineu and Costitx, you will find more traditional attractions such as the popular weekly market (with medieval backdrop), Mallorca's only observatory, and many culinary surprises on offer. And, it goes without saying, good wine, matured under the Spanish sun ...
