With its contemporary-chic interior, Villa Novedieci delivers a warm and inviting environment, perfect for gathering around the fire with the kids or hosting an elegant dinner soiree. Exposed wood beams, cotto flooring, the Tuscan-look of the exterior, and tiled roof are trademarks of classic Italian farmhouse architecture, and Villa Novedieci pulls it all off with a touch of elegance and modern luxury. You may only notice it when you need to, but this traditional farmhouse style villa is loaded with high-end electronics, appliances, and state of the art amenities. The kitchen features plenty of space which makes it ideal for cooking classes or cook shows. At dinner, the formal dining table faces a gorgeous view of the lush garden, impressive private swimming pool and the woods.
The villa is outfitted with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washer, clothes dryer, luxury toiletries and more.

Main Villa – Ground Floor: grand living areas with sofas and TV, fully equipped kitchen, bar cor-ner, dining table with 10 seats (on request the outdoor table can be brought inside to seat 22), games table, toilet, gym, study room/office with printer and desk, wine cave with owner’s selection for sale, laundry room with washer and dryer, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom. NOTE: fireplace not usable.

Main Villa – First Floor: 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, grand TV room, billiard room with pool table. One of the bedrooms adjoins two of the bedrooms (great for families with kids). There is also a separate TV/Media room which includes an X box.

Hayloft: kitchen, dining corner, living room with TV, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom.

OUTDOOR COVERED TERRACE: spacious outdoor covered terrace fully furnished with a di-ning table to seat 22, sofas, outdoor heating, big electric BBQ by Weber, wood-fired pizza over (on-ly to be used with the aid of a chef or the villa manager).

The price is modulated according to the number of people. Please make sure to indicate the correct number of people during the rental procedure. The accommodation will be provided only for the number of people indicated in the booking request and consequently spaces can be reduced.

Events are not allowed, utilities are not included in the rental prices and are charged extra according to consumption and must be paid upon departure.
