Very elegant holiday apartments in an Alpine house in the Dolomites, ideal for a summer or winter holiday The holiday apartments are in a typical Alpine house in the mountains of the South Tyrolean Dolomites, in the centre of Longiaru, part of San Martino in Badia. The location is ideal for spending an unforgettable holiday and experiencing mountain traditions and nature. The garden in front of the house is for shared use and has tables, chairs and a barbecue. Each apartment has a parking space on the partially roofed parking area on site. The house consists of four independent holiday apartments, of which two are currently available to let. The house has a little communal room to which all guests have access and where breakfast and optional dinner are served. The apartments have radiators but do not need air conditioning, owing to the location about 1400 metres above sea level. You can use a washing machine on request for a fee. Wireless Internet access and Satellite TV are available. There is a little grocery shop about 100 metres from the house. There are restaurants nearby. The owners, who live on site, look forward to offering you a comfortable stay in a relaxed atmosphere, so you can enjoy the peace and quiet and your free time. Breakfast has to be ordered at the time of booking. Dinner is only possible during the winter months and is to be arranged locally.

Situated in Longiarù, in the heart of the Dolomites UNESCO World Heritage Site, this cosy flat is the ideal choice for up to 5 persons. Comprising 2 bedrooms capable of offering a peaceful rest, thanks to the possibility of completely darkening them, and a bathroom equipped with shower, the flat stands out for its functionality and comfort and a separate WZ. The unit, located on the 2nd floor of a detached house surrounded by the majesty of the mountains, also welcomes your small and medium-sized four-legged friend, who can never be left alone in the flat and must be agreed upon at the time of booking, allowing you to enjoy your holiday without leaving anyone at home. A distinctive feature is the balcony, which invites you to spend relaxing moments in the open air, while the garden, in common use, is an ideal space for moments of serenity in the green. The owner has his residence on the property, guaranteeing assistance and a point of reference for any needs. To ensure a comfortable stay regardless of the season, the flat is equipped with underfloor heating in all rooms. Sharing some facilities with the other guests in the building, you will have access to a washing machine and tumble dryer, (arrange with the landlady) making it easier to manage your stay. The kitchen is well equipped, including an induction cooker, an electric coffee machine, a dishwasher and an electric kettle, emphasising the attention to practicality and guests' comfort. For winter sports enthusiasts, the flat is only 5000 m from the ski slope and ski lift, with a ski bus practically on hand, just 100 m away. This makes it easy to venture out for days of skiing and fun in the snow. In addition, the proximity to the centre, grocery shops, and ski school contributes to the convenience of your stay, offering everything you need within easy reach. With its commitment to eco-sustainability, evidenced by the use of renewable energy, this flat is not only a place to stay but a choice in line with the appreciation and respect for the environment that surrounds it.
