The living space of 90m² on two floors comprises a light living and dining room with an integrated, fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two very modern daylight bathrooms and a separate guest toilet. The living room is furnished with a big sofa and matching armchairs, a TV, a safe for your valuables and a wooden dining table and six chairs. The open fireplace enhances the cosy atmosphere and exudes pleasant warmth on cooler evenings. The wood-coloured built-in kitchen is equipped with the latest appliances: dishwasher, ceramic hob with an elegant stainless steel cooker hood, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The two bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm). The sofa in the living room can be converted into an additional double bed. One bathroom is fitted with a bath with a shower attachment, the second with a shower cubicle. Both also have a washbasin with a wall mirror and a toilet. The additional separate guest toilet is convenient. There is a washing machine in the storage room. A highchair can be provided on request.
